Dance into Liberation is a 4-week somatic healing journey that combines:

  • Weekly guided sessions with movement, meditation & parts work
  • Brain spotting-inspired integration
  • Music and healing frequencies
  • Daily practices to deepen embodiment between sessions

This is a space to express without apology, connect with your parts, and reclaim your body as a portal for healing and power.

How It Works

Each week includes:

  • 1 live movement & meditation session (45–60 minutes)
  •  IFS & BSP-informed prompts for processing parts
  •  Daily micro-practices (5–15 min) to deepen the work
  •  Integration support, journaling, and space to reflect
  •  An invitation to rise into your unapologetic truth
